This store is awesome! There is so much carhartt stuff! The staff are friendly and helpful, putting my items at the register so i didn't have to hold them , and could shop more. I like the "in store, Detroit exclusives" racks. A nice touch that you won't get to see, sitting at home and not stopping in, go check it out!.

Staff is friendly and helpful. There's a free parking garage with access to the store and a security guard on duty, They carry a variety of clothing shirts, pants, jackets, hooded sweatshirts, socks, hats. There's men's, women's, and children's. There's even lunch boxes, pet jackets, wallets, Christmas stockings. My only complaint is that the women's section is very small, which I know we aren't really their demographic. They also don't offer scrubs at this location. I really do like the amount of products and selection they carry overall. The store feels organized and full without feeling stuffed or busy.

Great experience, staff was great and friendly. Had several employees ask if I needed anything and when I found a item I wanted but could not find my size out on the show room. They checked there back stock as well as another store location that was close by. I Got a shirt there, that they got from the back and the other store held the other item ( jacket) for me, that they did not have in stock. Went to the other store ( that was 9 blocks away) and was instantly greated by the other store staff and asked if I was if I was the one they were holding a jack for. Bought the jacket Too. Again a great experience by both store.

Craftsmanship. Carhartt is a Detroit original. Founded and based here this store has all the original clothing in the traditional colors plus a whole lotta new and crazy colors and outfits!!! Prices are decent but can get better when you shop the discounts and sale items. I got my wife a classic knit cap and she loves it. I think my favorite thing was seeing all the people in the store who were just as excited as I was to be there!!!

The store is well stocked and has great associates willing to help in whatever way is needed. They have dressing rooms to try stuff out whatever you are purchasing. Highly recommend going to stock up on gear for all weather conditions. Quality clothes!

From the moment we walked in, Ryan greeted us with a big smile and a compliment—talk about a warm welcome! This was my first time at the Carhartt store, and definitely not my last. It was so refreshing to be in a place where the whole team genuinely cared about our experience. Shoutout to my sales associate Kirk—he was knowledgeable, friendly, engaging, and super helpful. Honestly, I left with almost everything I tried on (no regrets!). If you’re heading to the store, do yourself a favor and ask for Kirk. You’ll be in great hands!

Stopped by Carhartt for the first time and wanted to see what the hype was about. The quality is top tier and the store itself was spotless. Marlo, one of the associates, was welcoming, professional, and very helpful. He made the whole experience smooth and efficient, and we were on our way in no time. I would definitely return. I have been wearing Carhartt since I was a started to work in the construction. I love the quality of the products. The store has a wide selection of clothing for men, women and even kids. I really enjoyed my visit at the store.
